11. For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you a future, and a hope. 12. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. 13. And you will seek Me, and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
God breathed (revealed) this message to the Prophet Jeremiah, to be delivered to those still in captivity. It was just when they thought they had been forsaken by God, when He sent them assurance and instructions.
How can you ever fully realize who you are, without acknowledging/knowing Who's you are?! Yeah yeah I know, you are the head and not the tail, you are blessed coming in and going out, you're blessed and highly favored. I know what people have said and sing about. It sounds good, but what do you really believe? Let me say this...You are Sons and Daughters of Royalty, You are Children of the Most High God, You are who God says You are, and no demon in hell can cancel that!
Jesus came so that He may die & "unlock" all of the benefits and blessings that we surely do not deserve. It was NOT Jesus' desire to die (contrary to what you may believe), it was His mandate (responsibility). He carried it out, because He knew the plans our Father had for Him, and us. God loves you so much, He sent His son Jesus, as a living sacrifice to wash away our sins! You must admit, that's a lot of love...
God desires to hear from you. He desires the two of you to develop (establish) a relationship. He wants you to tell Him the desires of your heart and to heed (obey) His voice and instructions. In the very heart of God, is EVERYTHING you could ever desire (hope/want). God is not asking more of you, than you are able to provide, that's just not His style. He sees the best in you, and wants the best for you. Allow Him to heal your anger and hurt and make you whole, so He can give you the best of Him.
Beloved, just because you may be "going through" right now, does NOT imply it will always be the same! God knows that you are imperfect. He knows when, and in what areas of your life you will mess up, before you know. He knows that when you make promises to Him, some, will not be kept. However, that doesn't stop Him from forgiving, and loving you, all you have to do is ask. The promises that have been made, will come to pass! God cannot and will not lie. In order for you to "unlock" the favor of God, you have to seek the face (presence) of God!
When you discover God is not in the "mess blessing" business, things will come together for you. In other words, you cannot intentionally do wrong and when it doesn't work in your favor, you ask God to fix it. Before you decided to do wrong, God warned you, but you did it anyway. There is a price to be paid for your disobedience, so stop giving satan credit where it isn't due! Think of it this way... when you were young and broke a rule your parents had set, you were not rewarded, you were reprimanded (punished) so that you would know not to disobey them again. Well, this is the same thing.... God is our Father, and just because we have been promised an inheritance, doesn't mean it will not be delayed until we accept (conform) to rules (instructions) He has laid before us. That's a parents love for their child...
